Add Aether Ascendant to your phone, save it for offline play, and take a four-army battle above the clouds.
Add it to your phone.
- Open the game’s HTTPS link in Chrome while you have an internet connection.
- Tap the three-dot menu, then Install and create shortcut → Install. Some versions call this Add to Home Screen or Install app.
- Follow the installation prompt. Open Aether from your phone’s Home Screen.
- Keep it open online until the game shows Offline ready.

- Open the game’s HTTPS link in Safari. If you received it in email, open it in Safari rather than the email’s preview browser.
- Open the Page Menu → Share, or tap Share directly, depending on your Safari layout.
- Choose Add to Home Screen. Keep Open as Web App enabled if shown, then tap Add.
- Launch Aether from the new Home Screen icon while online. Wait for Offline ready there, too.

Do the airplane test before you fly.
After Offline ready appears in the installed game, close it. Switch on airplane mode, turn Wi-Fi off, and launch it again from the Home Screen. Start a solo match to confirm your copy works.
Solo battles, all ten campaign levels, saved high scores, and custom matches run on your device. Pairing with another person still needs a working connection between devices. Clearing browser data or removing the app can erase its saved cache and progress; open it online again afterward.
A web app you can keep.
This release is an installable web app (PWA), with a browser demo and local offline game files. It is not an APK or IPA. A native iOS App Store or TestFlight release requires a separate signed build and distribution setup.
A hosted game link can be shared or sent by email. Installation is still a short step in your phone’s browser; an email link cannot silently install an iPhone app.
Bring your allies.
Play with up to four humans in four factions; empty seats use AI. Choose Friends on the title screen and invite each friend separately. For each seat, the host creates a code; that guest pastes it and returns an answer code. The host pastes the answer. Keep every game open.
Start on the same Wi-Fi. Some networks block device-to-device connections. Internet mode can use a public STUN lookup, but there is no relay server: distant or restricted-network pairing is not guaranteed. No account or matchmaking server is included.
During battle, the map fills your screen. Use the overlaid Orders, Army, Evolve, Buildings and World buttons; tap your Agora or a captured tower to open its upgrades.

Your saved battle, campaign progress and local high scores carry forward. Scores stay on this device; clearing browser data removes them.
